Waterford has many sports that utilize either St. Mary's fields on Middletown Road or Garrett Field. The town is not responsible for running or organizing any of the sports, other than allowing them to use the fields. The Town allows usage of the fields and is responsible for their maintenance. Field usage forms are required at the beginning of each season with proof of insurance.

Each sports program has its own leadership. The links to the right will direct you to some of the Waterford leagues available, including Baseball, Soccer and Football. Soccer, Baseball, and Softball are all played on Middletown Road, while Little League Baseball uses Garrett Field.
