Waterford Town Court is held every Thursday evening at 6:00pm, except for every fifth Thursday of the month. Small Claim and Eviction Proceedings are scheduled for 5:00pm on the first and third Thursdays. The District Attorney and Public Defender are here every second and fourth Thursday.
